we worked with kevin who was polite, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. he came to our house and brought many samples which he took the time to go over and explain the advantages and disadvantages of each type of carpeting we were interested in. he also patiently went over pricing in detail and explained the warranty for the carpenting and the installation work they would do. he advised us to use a thicker padding and went over the types he recommended. we were very pleased with the carpet and padding we chose and with the installation, which was completed professionally and as agreed within the needed timeframe. quality and installation work was superior. the prices were on the high side of estimates we got but worth the price because of the guidance and support we received from kevin and mill direct. we can't rate reliability yet because the job was just finished the first week of may 2024.

I had a very small job, but the extremely patient sales staff worked with me as if I was doing an entire building. I had to come up with a carpet color and texture to match various paint, furnishings, and more in a tight area. Mill Direct offers an excellent range of choices from which to select, in both quality and design/color/material type. 'Loaner' samples were available to take to the site, and the representatives will direct you to any other available resources (on-line, etc) that may help in decision-making. Realistic schedule dates and timeframes were established up front - no over-promising. Sales staff works fluidly with supplier and their install crew. The install crew was as professional and pleasant as the show-room staff. No matter what type flooring I am looking to purchase, this will be my first stop in the future. Could not be more pleased.
