We have used Brown's for automobiles we've purchased there. Unfortunately, services have lived down to the low expectations of a dealer service department. Services have often not been completed when they said and there has been upselling and price surprises. This is a shame because we've been pleased with the car's we've purchased from the dealership.

Long waits for service and when they do come it will be full retail price. 30% markup on any part you will need. Look around for another shop
