1. I had to leave my car overnight for work that should have been done the same day. They did provide a free loaner. 2. During safety inspection, pushed me to get a lot of significant work done under the risk of failing safety inspection. When I said I will take the vehicle elsewhere, they reduced the work and cost, and passed safety inspection. Does not reflect well on the business.

Most recently had an alternator replaced in my Buick. Service rep was super; talked with tech and he was forthright. I was not charged for hours replacing the belt, because the time already was spent replacing the alternator. Was offered a loaner. This service is like a old-time neighborhood garage.
