I used to always take my cars to Farrish for maintenance work and felt they were honest. The management and service advisors have changed and I always feel like I have to get second opinions about work they've told me was necessary - I've been told I needed new brakes and took my car to Rosslyn Auto Body and was told I had over 50% of brakes left. They also have started charging a 3% credit card fee - so I probably won't take my car there for service unless I have no choice.

Just FYI I have three Subaru's, each one serviced at Farrish Subaru. I feel they do a great job on all my Subaru's.

Their initial offer to replace front wheel bushings was $1,500, but when I got a quote of $1,300 from an independent shop, Farrish agreed to slightly beat that price. They appear to have done a good job both the bushings replacement and on installing new rear brakes on our 7-year-old Forester.
