After a deer destroyed our front end, we chose to take the car to Farrish because they service that brand of car. We were horrified that we had to wait almost 2 months to get it back BUT our insurance adjuster assured us that was a very quick turnaround compared to many of his clients' experience this winter (what with supply chain problems and difficulty in getting workers). The car when returned to us (when promised) looked like factory new and drove perfectly.

Always friendly and accommodating. They really communicate with you and let you know what is going on. I have specialty vehicles which require trained techs and they have them.

Used for in warranty and recall work on Jeep Grand Cherokee. Read the write-up (on an tablet these days) carefully. By not doing so, agreed to add-ons that I would never have done had I seen that service listed.
