I called to get a quote for cleaning my dryer vent. The sales person said that they could not possibly give me a price or even a price range unless I first gave them my home address. My home address has nothing to do with the price of cleaning the dryer vent. In my opinion, they only want my home address so they can see how much my home is worth, then they will quote me a price, likely much higher for my home. That is called price discrimination, which is ILLEGAL in Virginia. On their website, they require a $49 "inspection fee" to come over and inspect your house before they can even give you a price for cleaning your dryer vent. What kind of business does this? I told the sales person that this was an outrageous business model, and she said, "that's how we do our business." I booked with a different company that was able to give me a price over the phone. Don't reward businesses like this for shady business behavior.

Great job on my install. Best price and seemed to have a better grasp on what needed to be done than others we got quotes from. We'd use again. The new duct made a huge difference in case you're wondering.
