I have been using CroppMetcalfe for years. After purchasing a new furnace from CroppMetcalfe I found that purchase was very inferior compared to CroppMetcalfe's work in the past. Final county inspection failed, main turn on/off switch removed, and even the air filter track was too small for the required air filter. CroppMetcalfe quality, over the years has drastically declined.

I have had annual service contracts with Cropp-Metcalfe for many years. They maintain my HVAC systems, and in the rare case when something goes wrong, they are quick to make the fix or recommend a replacement. Telephone staff are wonderful in answering questions and making appointments.
