Scheduled to get quotes to replace several HVAC units and they came out and never provided quotes. I waited 8 days before calling, then called again on the 9th day and nobody ever called me back, as they promised on the 10th day. We're at 2 weeks later and they were literally a disrespectful WASTE OF MY TIME.

I have been using CroppMetcalfe for years. They have installed 2 AC units and 2 Furnaces. The most recent Furnace was installed but was very inferior. The install didn't pass county inspection, CroppMetcalfe had to come out again. Inspectors had to come out again. Made me miss work. Recent changing the air filter fond replaced filter wouldn't fit. AGAIN, CroppMetcalfe had to fix it, another missed work. And WOW, their prices really have gone up. If you have a maintenance plan, you better schedule your check up like 6 months in advance. Very unacceptable.
