I needed to get my dehumidifier running again after the original installer did an awful job in the past. I chose Bishop because they were listed on Aprilaire’s website as “Preferred” and they had great Checkbook ratings. I requested an appointment via email and they were able to accommodate me without pushing to call. The tech arrived within the window they provided me and was very friendly and professional the whole time. He identified the cause (the installing company left a wire disconnected). He fixed the issue and tested it before leaving. I also requested in advance that the tech wear a mask in the house (in 2025). He arrived masked up and had no issue with that. I really appreciated that because some companies completely ignore that request.

They saved me from a rip off artist who said he did HVAC and wanted to install a really expensive piece. I had a bad feeling and called Bishop and in 20 minutes Tan was here and 10 minutes later he fixed the problem. So good to know a company that knows what they are doing.
