they came to do an annual check on our main furnance. The technician was very pleasant and informative of the maintenance required. I asked him for advice on future investments that we may need to make in regads to HVAC and he was extremely informative.

ACE service was outstanding in previous years, but service/ repairmen do not seem as knowledgeable on the advances in complex technologies. It took repeated service calls for proper installation of a new furnace, and a new AC. Both units were replacement components for an existing heating-ac unit ACE had installed and maintained under a yearly service contract..
