Our church hired ImageWorks in 2024 to maintain our grounds and provide snow clearing services. They have been phenomenal. The people who worked on our property were well trained, courteous, professional and attentive to details. The CEO, Mike, provided an area manager to oversee the work done on our property and then sought feedback from us, making adjustments as requested. Our grounds have never looked so good! During both the summer mowing and the winter snow storm, Mike communicated with us every step of the way. He gave us explicit details and options to help us meet our goals while keeping within the boundaries of our financial ability. He followed up with phone calls to make sure we were happy with the work and he responded promptly to calls and emails when questions or needs arose. This company is a top notch business that really cares about its clients. Their personal touch shows integrity and commitment. They strive to develop relationships with their clients, which is not common in today’s business world. Their use of digital technology for record keeping and communication empowered both them and us with knowledge for making decisions together. All of our choices were handled respectfully and professionally. We highly recommend ImageWorks for grounds maintenance at both private homes and businesses. Their prices are very fair and the quality of the work they do is exceptional.
