Kristie Falcone - Decorating Den: While pleasant, Kristie was not good at listening to my preferences, and instead kept pushing hers. She was also terrible at following up on emails and phone calls, unless it was to collect a payment. My renovations have been finished for a year and I'm still trying to get her to return the fabric and paint samples from other rooms in my house that I loaned her during the project ... there is always and excuse as to why she hasn't followed up. I will not use her again, and instead, will work directly with my general contractor Jeff Craddock.
