Always available. They have installed our heating and air conditioning unit and our hot water tank. Very knowledgeable and where shoe covers when in the house. Do annual checks of the units. Highly recommend.

About 10 years ago, upon recommendation of the HOA management company, we retained CB Lucas to replace a 40+ year old air handler in our condo. Fast forward. Our condo tenant complained that the AC was not cooling sufficiently. We contacted CB Lucas to discuss options. Over the phone, without making a service call to investigate, CB Lucas said it was likely that our 10 year-old air handler was clogged and that they could replace it. After a wait of more than a few weeks, they gave us an estimate of $4700. We contacted another HVAC firm. They sent out a technician to investigate. His tested indicated that the air handler was functioning adequately, and might be improved slightly by conducting a flush of the coils. On the basis of our experience we recommend that you do not contract with CB Lucas for any HVAC work.
