I have been a customer of theirs for decades. However, they (I suspect, like many others) try to sell you products that do not perform as described but are expensive. Unfortunately, I have availed myself of upgrades on occasion, only to find that the upgrades don't perform as well as described. I feel I have wasted my money on these upgrades.

Ended up with a non-serviceable unit and had to wait two days for their return to fix. Additionally customer service was limited help. Manager never returned call after stating we'd like to speak with them.
