We are happy with the new roof and we now have solar panels. The start up was a little shaky but the company kinda held our hand through the process and we are enjoying the energy benefits now specially with it being summertime.

What a MISTAKE to select Katchmark! We were promised that materials were available for a $37,000 Roof and Gutter project with work to be started in 2 to 3 weeks and finished 2 to 3 days later! ACTUALLY ,,, work did NOT begin until TWO MONTHS LATER and was NOT FINISHED UNTIL FOUR (4) MONTHS LATER! Misrepresentations as to available materials seemed to come often from the initial sales pitch! The owner seems a fair guy but unfortunately HE seems to have allowed others to MISMANAGE the business! DO NOTY USE THIS ROOFING CO! Try Pond, Shiner, Marshall .... UGH! What a BAD experience and quite the time wasting home improvement contractor!!!
