Lillian Scott was exceptional to work with when we transferred from another home nursing company recommended by the hospital. The pricing was slightly higher but well worth it for safety and peace of mind. Nurses were on time. Shift changes seamless. Coverage 100% even during heavy snow storm. Everyone was exceptional during a very difficult time caring for an elderly person who had been improperly treated by another company.

This location moved to Chantilly, VA. My husband has a rare terminal disease, so he is permanently living in a hospital bed in our home. No health care agency would help us. A few physical therapists( from big agencies) have come to our home, and have given my husband a very short exercise routine (20 mins) and left..
Dr. Frick from Five Star Home Health Care, is a God. He spends over an hour with my husband with lot's of deep physical therapy Dr.Frick also spends time educating me on physical therapy procedures. He also has sent me video instructions on muscle groups, to help me better understand the areas of my husband's body, and how to help him. Because of Dr.Frick's help, my husband is doing much better. My husbands will have a much better quality of life.
