Failed to proper backfill garage foundation which caused severe erosion. In neighbors yard. After excavation basement filled with water and became a safety and mosquito hazard for weeks because the builder disregarded warning of an underground steam running through the property. County has to be called many times due to improper/ineffective Stormwatrr management and erosion control. Siding on garage not installed properly or completely. Excavation to driveway is killing 5 mature trees and ruining landscaping WARNING do not buy a house from them or com soon one from them.
