Not Recommended
I cannot rate CIF construction because they have still not started my job after 6 months of waiting on permits. One problem with them is that you as customer have to chase them continually for status. They are nice folks, and seem honest, but they do not seem to have any sense of urgency. You never know whether they will return a message or not -- its sort of "as the spirit moves them". I sure hope their do a quality job whenever they finally get started. They are also not inexpensive.
