I'm unsure why I picked this group to inspect and install an entirely new gas firebox, grate, logs, etc. I called several people and these people must have said they could come out right away. I did have a gas leak so I was happy to get that advice from the technician. Another individual came out and installed the replacement fixture. However, they installed the ugliest logs I have ever seen in my life. I am embarrassed to open my fireplace doors! I looked online at fireplace logs and these logs look like they could be replaced for about $35.00 from Dollar Tree. I do not recommend them. I hate the logs and they keep telling me they are vented logs so I don't know if I can replace them. Also, this cost me over $4,000.00 to begin with. Am I responsible for buying realistic logs??? I think they could give me better-looking logs. Hideous. I do not recommend them to anyone.
