Made an appointment online but, when I arrived, they didn't know I had an appointment. Met with a designer and gave her a drawing of our Master bath and made a second appointment to meet after she completed her drawing and recommendations. Came back for that appointment and, again, she seemed surprised I was there and then couldn't find the drawing she said she worked on. Asked her to call me when she was ready to meet again and never heard from her or anyone else. Purchased what I needed at a competitor.

Things I was promised — like accessibility to a blind corner— didn’t materialize. Things I didn’t want— like a stainless steel sink — were on the order form. Perhaps the fact that it was a small job meant less attention was paid to details?
