I used VA Tire and Auto for almost 20 years and was pretty happy using them. Went in Sep 2021 for brake work. Was told "as of Friday" they wouldn't have any mechanics and the attendant recommended going to Centreville Goodyear, "they have plenty of mechanics". Tried going back in Sep 2022 for an oil change, but was told they only had one mechanic. I could make an appt for the following week. I now get service elsewhere.
