Twice I have taken a new car, purchased there over a year ago, for issues for which the source was unclear; both times they replaced a part with no charge; they didn't have to do this, but did. I would trust them in the future for other issues based on these experiences.

They are super nice but also super slow. Pricey compared to independents and they way over-torqued my wheels. I've given them a few chances but have yet to be satisfied.
