Awful, for many reasons. Used to be my favorite, about 10 years ago noticeable drop. Bought 3 cars from them & had them all excusively serviced there until 2020, last straw. Haven't gone back .

My experiences are that they don't listen, they don't try, and they don't care. This is the closest dealer to me but every interaction with the service department has been unsatisfactory. I'm done. I took car in for a charging issue and they kept it 3 days to replace a part that had nothing to do with the charging system. Most recently I brought written instructions with me detailing the work to be done and telling them not to do an oil change unless they first successfully completed an emissions test. When I went to pick up the car they told me they couldn't run the emissions test (this was the second trip in for this issue), but they presented me with a bill for the oil change and denied I'd told them not to do that -- even after I gave them another copy of the directions I'd provided at drop off. Maybe they're better with gas engines, but if you have a Bolt or Volt, go elsewhere.

Warranty replacement of shifter assembly. Failed immediately after repair and required higher cost (under warranty) replacement option. Staff in customer service did not wear masks. Great scheduling and informed of status but not clear at pickup 1st time what work was actually performed.
