Insurance recommended them as an alternative to even worse Safelite. The windshield replacement took 3 hours over what was promised and they charged to charge me for a "windshield noise reducer" that even the insurance said was bogus. Avoid.

I had to take a brand new CRV to this location due to a rock crack. They actually noticed there were 2 small cracks and were able to fix them since they were under the size of a quarter. However, they warned me that sometimes the machine will crack the smaller crack and they have to install a new windshield but they said they would not charge me. They are very good and upfront and professional. It all worked out.
