They made a mistake on my tax return and I ended up getting audited by the IRS. Went back to JMU to get this situation resolved and Mickey the owner charged me a fee. So not only did I end up paying the IRS, but I also had to pay JMU again because they were "helping" me resolve this audit. So to recap I had to pay the IRS because JMU messed up my tax return and then to top it off I had to pay JMU again so they can fix their mistake. You shouldn't have to pay for somebody else's mistake. Absolutely ridiculous. That is just bad business. I've been a client of theirs for several years but no more. My advice to other clients or potential clients. Find somebody else to do your taxes.
