We were replacing our existing wood deck with a screened porch and deck - all vinyl. The company was used by a friend of our daughter's so we decided to get a quote. The quote was absolutely thorough, with licenses, references, etc. The price fell below the ballpark figures we were getting with other companies. They provided all the information we needed to get approval from the homeowners association. We love the porch and deck! The work is excellent, the crews were polite and hard working, the materials all as expected. As with any large project, there were sometimes communications issues and some rework but we are very happy with the results. They also had a follow up at the end of the project, giving us the opportunity to provide feedback on the entire process and providing us with all the warranty information in print and also on a thumb drive. I'll also point out that when county inspectors came, they spoke highly of the company's work. I highly recommend them as a company to consider for deck, porch, and hardscape work.

My experience with this company was fantastic!! They built a screened porch where a deck had been originally. They provided a designer to work with us on exactly what we wanted, provided computer generated drawings of the project that we submitted to our VERY difficult to deal with HOA. Additionally, they sent someone (Brandon) to the Architectural review committee meeting of our HOA to be our representative should there be any questions. Brandon had many conversations with representatives from our HOA but never seemed frustrated or annoyed with the process. There was always a project foreman that quickly responded to any and all questions. Even now, months after the project was completed they responded very quickly to an issue we had with the ceiling paint. They sent someone to address our issues right away. I LOVE my Screened Porch and would have NO reservations in recommending this company to anyone!
