Richter Mgt. Services provides outstanding management of our 127 unit community. Steve is always available when we need him, and he responds quickly to our community when we have issues. Steve attends all of our board meetings, by Zoom, and gives us excellent advice. He readily gives us comparisons to what other communities are doing in similar situations. The company provides outstanding dues collections, budget management and overall property assistance.

i was a renter at a Richter town home property and found this company's representative (it's a family-owned business) lazy and never present. My unit was nice and i kept it presentable. Some other neighbors did not. Despite repeated, ongoing complaints, nothing was ever done about ever-present trash blown around by the wind. Was there quality inspection of work performed? i can only say the overall impression was "shabby".
