This company provides window treatments through Costco. The window company does not answer their phones, return phone calls or respond to emails. I was only able to get a return call from them when Costco intervened. Today we were scheduled to have our shades installed. No one showed up.

Their sales representative came out and assisted us with choosing the window treatments we wanted. They warned us that the window treatment we selected for the patio door might not work. They came in quickly and they worked with us to get them installed in our new home prior to company coming into town. The installation was fast and professional. Per their earlier warning the window treatment for the patio door did not work and they quickly refunded the money for this item. Their pricing was comparable to what I had bought online and installed myself in my last house, but I them handled the installation. I had no idea I could get such a great price locally, with a small family-owned business, and have them installed professionally. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks PWT!!

Took days and two phone calls to get a representative to call back. Appointment was cancelled by rep at last minute, no reschedule. Sales rep was not knowledgeable of product features over phone. Full of excuses. Went to another vendor.
