I have used this company for about 6 months, after poor service from another provider. The difference is amazingly good. When the recent snowfalls interrupted regular pick up service, they had an updated message on their phone advising about the delayed service and when service would be provided. Then, in the evening before the delayed service was to be provided, they sent out a message reminding me to put the trash out. Very effective customer service
