We are able to schedule our appointment times, so we are seen quickly. The doctors we've seen are excellent.

New location and it showed. Although I made an appointment, they still ran late and it did not seem to matter whether an appointment was made or not. Check in was by kiosk but the clerk still shouted to the entire waiting room asking what people were there for which seemed like a HIPAA violation or at least bad customer service. One guy waiting with me thought he had COVID and announced it to the whole waiting room. Otherwise patient care was good. It is also helpful to have someplace to go on weekends or short notice besides an emergency room. Convenient location.
