Incompetent from beginning to end of the process. Submitted an incoherently worded release form for our signature, which we demanded they revise. (They did.) Didn't order termite inspection until the day before settlement. Assigned an inexperienced, poorly trained attorney to lead the settlement, who didn't even know the company's policy on escrow for final water bill. Failed to notify us when other party had completed their part of the closing (closing was split) until we demanded an update. Failed to follow through on escrow release until prompted; botched final water billing process. Truly unacceptable performance.
