Fabulous PT practice! One on one with physical therapist - not outsourced to a tech who doesn’t watch or care, as in most places, or a PT seeing several patients simultaneously (also common elsewhere). Patients are assigned to a primary physical therapist (with another as backup if they’re out - so the PT is consistent, and they know your issues as well as your regimen and are able to advance or adapt the plan of care as patients respond to treatment. As a result, I made great PT gains! - and didn’t get reinjured in PT, as I have elsewhere! Physical therapists here all seem very knowledgeable and personable, and vary the regimen and progress patient’s rehab effectively, based on how the patient is doing. That hasn’t been my experience elsewhere, so I was very happy to have found this place, and gotten my rehab here. Would definitely return if I need PT again in the future. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak to other therapists, but Dr. Sneha Nair is terrific. Incredibly perceptive and knowledgeable, she has resolved two different problems I've had (back pain, balance).

Source Physical Therapy & Wellness (now also called Ivy Rehab) has served me very well twice. I also took my sister there. Several neighbors use them. The therapists all do hands-on manipulation as well as observed work.
