Stone & Native Leaf did a terrific job with the front of our house - much nicer than competing plans and the final result was more than we expected. They installed a flagstone patio walk with garden beds in the front and a second flagstone pathway at the rear of our house. They also re-graded part of the front yard and installed underground drain pipes for our gutters.

Laura Salarano, the owner of Stone and Native Leaf Gardenworks, installed needed hardscaping in our hilly yard and did an amazing job. She listened carefully to our needs, provided a beautiful and manageable design, and she and her crew worked tirelessly till it was finished. She may be the easiest contractor of any kind we’ve worked with, both in communications, and in quality of work. Her crew was extremely respectful of our existing plants (and even saved and transplanted some where they fit perfectly). Her architecture background was evident throughout the process, as was her understanding of native plants and the need for natives protect wildlife like bees, butterflies, and birds. Although I preferred to install my own plants in the new planting beds, she provided excellent suggestions that I appreciated. She was not the cheapest contractor we interviewed, but we could easily tell that her work would be worth the extra dollars—and it was.
