I used Pronto two years ago. The job was done well and I was totally satisfied. With that positive experience I decided to use Pronto again and called the company to have an interior door replaced. Brandon came out promptly on Sept 9. He seemed interested in the job, very friendly and personable. Then nothing. It is now Sept. 20 and I still have not received an estimate after emailing, leaving a phone message with the company, and finally reaching Brandon on his cell three days ago. He said he would get the estimate to me later that day when he got home. Still nothing. If he doesn’t want the job, all he has to do is tell me. Letting a customer hang like this is totally unacceptable and I would never, ever use Pronto again. Others seem to have had similar experiences. Totally unprofessional! Who need this aggravation?
