This was a routine maintenance and the shop did an ok job. I have two minor and one major criticism. The first minor issue is that the service agent did not respond to numerous calls in a timely manner. The second minor issue is that the maintenance was not completed until the next day, even though I took my car in fairly early. The one major issue is that the cost of the maintenance was quite high.
