Will never use again, not even for recalls. Brought my car in for a recall, Audi Arlington told me there was a second recall on my window regulator. I had to schedule 2 appts to get the work done, and they gave me an invoice saying all the recalls had been completed. A couple months later I had an issue with the same window that had been serviced, so I brought it back in, with invoice showing work had been done. This time they told me the window was not covered by recall, they had been mistaken, andthey wouldn't fix it, and if I wanted it fixed I would need to pay. Even spoke with the service manager and he wouldn't fix the window despite having had staff tell me they had previously fixed it. Called Audi Tysons and took it there instead, where they said the window regulator was still under recall.

Might as well have checked the 'closed for business' ikon even if the lights are on. They bungled repeated attempts to bring my 2018 Q5 in for a safety recall. No one from the service department called back to schedule or reschedule. Despite both calls and email's to their website they're 'missing in action'. It was my first, and last, attempt to use this dealer although they're almost within site of our house. FYI the Audi at Tyson's was outstanding! Do not use these folks on Columbia Pike.
