I Commented about my wife's experience there which was unsatisfactory. She was there for 5 days and Hospice was supposed to be billed. Well I received a bill for 44 days at the facility amounting to over $13,000. Obviously their record keeping is as poor as thier patient care. Bottom line when I called Hospice, they had already paid the bill.

This is an older establishment and it shows. Can only rate the Medicaid facilities which leave much to be desired in terms of accomodations. The professional staff attempts to compensate for these deficiencies but resources are spread thin, as they are in most nursing homes. They do try hard to communicate with and coordinate with family members and to facilitate personal needs of the patients

My husband was admitted on July 22, and because of Covid, I have not been able to go inside the facility. I have never seen his room. He does complain about the food. I take him meals once a week, but he doesn't like the food they serve him.
