I decided to recommend JT Mower, even though I was not completely satisfied the first time I had my two year-old Toro push mower serviced there, because JT (the owner) is honest, the shop is relatively convenient to where I live, and he has been in business in the same location for 28 years, so he must be doing something right. I made the mistake of putting fuel left behind by the previous owner of my home in my lawn mower (which had a recently-expired warranty from Home Depot). I now realize the fuel was probably mixed with oil for a two-stroke engine. JT charged $109 to repair the mower in May 2024. I know he cleaned the carburetor, but l’m not sure what else he might have done. The mower ran fine when he gave it back to me, but sometime after the 30-day service guarantee expired, it stopped running again. I brought it back in October 24. He got it running again, and charged me a reduced rate of $50.

My lawnmower would start up, but would die within 1-5 minutes. JT Mower not only got it working, the "personal pace" feature worked better than ever, they cleaned it up and delivered it back to my house in a day. I highly recommend them. CB - 6/12/24
