After using Home Instead several years ago after my mother was in the hospital, we used them again this year as her health started to decline. Their staff, both in the office and the caretakers, were always responsive and were concerned and caring about her. Even after we moved her into assisted living, we continued with their service in order to make the transition easier for her. I would use them again if needed.
