These guys are just crooks. This is how they treated me: 1. They stole about $10 in quarters from my car. When confronted with this, it was obvious from the manager's reaction that this was an issue and not a one time event. The manager said he would reimburse me, but never did. 2. The bigger issue is that they are stealing from everyone that has work done at this shop if you do not read the details on all the charges. By default, they charge everyone for a PEPGUARD LIMITED EXTENDED LABOR WARRANTY on all work. This is never mentioned and I paid before they printed out all the charges. It took many calls and a visit back to the shop before they refunded this worthless charge. I would be surprised if Virginia law allows for this. 3. After waiting for hours, they said they needed to order a part and keep the car overnight. I could have had my wife pick me up, but they said they would order a Lyft (I assumed for my troubles). No, there was a Lyft charge on my final bill. 4. The next day I called to see if my car was ready and they admitted to lying to me about the part taking one day to come in. They said it would come in the following day. 5. Two days later when I went to pay, the bill went up $500. They said it was for the part that they ordered yet they never mentioned that there would be any additional charges. I obviously would have taken my car somewhere else as I was already fed up with them. They gave me a discount but still charged well over the agreed to price.

No charge for a diagnosis and honest explanation of what was found. Walked away with a fair estimate for a different repair that I knew was needed (not something they "found").

got a lifetime alignment package with them at Christmas for a steal, sometimes long waits but if I make an appointment can get in and out
