My work was under warranty but I was impressed with the staff and organization of the service lane and checkout (paper work). Work was started and completed on time and having purchased the vehicle there I was provided a loaner. The personnel took the time to discuss the work before and after it was done to be sure I understood and then followed up a few days later. These days, I'm looking for quality work and clear communication. I will be going back for routine maintenance on my vehicles.

Advised me to have repairs that were not needed. Tried to sell me a light wiring harness ($164) when all that was needed was new bulb ($2.)
