Very bad experience. Went here when my own accountant wasn't available, and had a bad experience. Was charged for extra services, some ongoing, that I didn't realize I was being charged for. I thought the cost for preparing a simple return was rather high, but I didn't know whether this was the "market" price. I suppose the service depends on the particular H& R Block. Will not go to the one on Columbia Pike again. Friends have recommended other tax preparers associated with H&R Block in anothr location, and may try these if my own accountant is not available next year.
