Don't use them very often, but mostly for very aperiodic watch-related servicing issues.

I have been going to B & C Jewelers for decades and have always received outstanding service at reasonable prices. They know their inventory and make very helpful suggestions even if it might mean referring you to another vendor - what customer service! This is my "go to" place for all my jewelry repairs. I have had jewelry creations made too that are beautiful and tasteful. I once had two diamond heirloom earrings made into a silver pendant and was (still am) extremely pleased with the design. I highly recommend B & C Jewelers.

My Swiss watch, a Tissot purchased when I lived in Switzerland, was butchered in two separate attempts by B&C. In the first instance the back plate fell off shortly after repair, and the stem was not properly repaired. Following the 2nd repair the stem fell off but luckily I retained it. The had the nerve to charge me (though I argued them down) for the 2nd try, but the 3rd try will DEFINITELY be somewhere else. As a jewelry store, I like them; for watch repair, my recommendation is to stay away!
