Joe completely rescued our very finicky and over-priced custom Diamond Spa. And for a fraction of the cost charged by the Diamond Spa-referred repairman! Joe is delightful, competent, smart, and honest. He refused to take the additional payment we thought he deserved. He's terrific!

Was able to schedule a repair visit quickly and showed up as scheduled just a few days later. Identified and fixed a leak in the spa's main light, and replaced one of the pumps and the heater. Work was done quickly, correctly, and professionally. Joe was super nice to deal with.

Can not say enough positive things about Joe and his company Spa Solutions. I bought house with a neglected and inoperable hot tub in the backyard. Joe very carefully and methodically reconditioned the hot tub so it is now as good as new. It was not clear when Joe started if the hot tub was repairable so I appreciated he took a step-by-step approach with me to determine how much work would be required, the cost to bring the hot tub back to state of good repair. Just a great experience overall and the end result was better than I expected! A very reasonable price was the icing on the cake.
