Three years ago, Jones roofers missed nailing the CDX plywood into the rafters in one area of our new roof. As a result, the plywood warped, now leaving a 2" gap at the edging. Properly fastened plywood would not have warped. It took 3 years for the extreme warping to show, 2 years after their one year warranty expired; but their poor craftmanship was neverthless responsible for the damage. Roofing repair will ccst a minimum of $3.000. Jones Roofing did not respond to our calls for help .

We used Jones Roofing to install new siding, trim, and gutters on our house. Mark Jones was VERY easy to work with. The company was prompt, courteous, and gave us a great price. He even threw in little extras like replacing the small overhangs above our bay windows so they matched the new siding. The crew was small, but polite and very neat. They cleaned up at the end of each day making sure that all materials were out of site when possible. They used high quality materials (CertainTeed Monogram) that other companies had quoted as much higher. Other quotes charged more to use the higher-end, heavy-duty siding, that Jones Roofing installed. The workers also did a great job wrapping all of the fascia and installing new soffitts, including what looked to be a very complicated bay window. The gutters were installed in less than a day. They even threw in the first fall gutter cleaning for free! Overall we've been extremely pleased with the work that Jones Roofing has done and would recommend them to anyone looking to reside their house.
