Marc agreed to do 4 appraisal for me. One of them was a distance away. He completed the first 3 completely and met my expectations. He never completed the final one. He did not respond to phone callsl or e-mails. I believe he had family issues but I would have preferred that he was forthright. Eventually, I went to his residence to retrieve my keys and previous appraisals.
