We had chronic root growth in the sewer line under our house. This required excavation in the basement to remove the section of sewer pipe 3' below the floor, replace it with PVC and add a cleanout in the floor. In addition, once the system was open, they did an inspection and de-scaling of the rest of the sewer line under our house (for an additional charge). Carter, the project developer, has an excellent understanding of sewer systems and their repair, particularly for old houses in DC. He was able to communicate everything very clearly. DJ and the crew were excellent at executing the work. Flood handled all the permit/inspection work. They are very expensive, and very good. For complicated work and work involving excavation, particularly old houses in dense urban areas like DC, they are the best choice. For smaller projects without excavation, there are more high quality and lower cost choices, so I would be less likely to use them in those cases.

I’ve had a very good experience with this company. Customer Service was very good about setting up an appointment, sending reminders, and ensuring I’d have plenty of lead time before the plumber’s arrival (30-45 minute heads-up). Ricardo was courteous and professional. He gave me options first, then recommendations when I asked for them. Pricing was transparent. The job was finished quickly, but Ricardo stayed around to ensure everything was good. I’m going to stick with this company.

400 dollars to remove and replace toilet only to find a leaking ceiling pipe that didn't get fixed. Never again.
