I called to have my lock changed and some keys made. Chris was very accommodating, worked around my schedule, and did a superb job. Highly recommend him.

I had a door lock that was stuck. Couldn't turn the door knob or lock and unlock it. In addition, the key couldn't be removed from the key hole. I called Executive Lock on July 4th, and because it was a holiday, the answering service took my message. I was shocked when later that day, Chris called me back and made an appointment for the next day to do the necessary repairs. He completed the repair at the lowest possible cost by replacing only the core and not the entire lock. I highly recommend Executive Lock and Key for any locksmith work you need

Called Executive Lock and explained to the owner Chris I had a non-urgent matter. Chris arrived within an hour and did an excellent job repairing my lock. Price was very reasonable and Chris is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
