We had worked with Honor Roll remodeling before and been happy but this time we had to pay have work redone by another service provider or fix things ourselves on at least three simple projects. In addition, they refused to provided an itemized quote for the work so we couldn't decide what we should do ourselves or save for another time. The paint job was the wrong color and poorly executed. When we brought up that the paint color was wrong we were told that they had never discounted their work before. I got the sense that since they had more stable jobs with a renovation business that we were more of a hassle than anything.
