I picked a Better View from CheckBook. They did a great job on cleaning the gutters and gave me a fair estimate just from photos I sent them. The workers did not show up on time. I called the office several times and never got a response from the scheduler/office manager. They did show up 2 hours late and clearly explained the issues they had had on the prior job and had assumed that the office had notified me. It ended well. The team was very professional. It was followed up by a call from the owner who was very receptive to my suggestions of better training the office staff. Price point very good as was the quality of the work. They were very, very honest regarding my not needing new screens for my gutters. Will use them again.
