We had Cyprus Air install two gas fireplaces for us. The inserts were reasonably priced; however the installation which was very expensive proved to be difficult to complete. The workmen failed two safety inspections before finally getting it right and they left a silver dollar sized hole where the gas pipe went through our fireplace wall. I plugged that myself. Overall we’ve been very happy with the fireplaces as they really do help heat our family room. Maintenance has also been very good although pricey costing around $1100./year for the two units. I cannot really recommend them- shop around.

Cyprus carries the best fireplaces but has the worst customer service, espcially the billing department.
